The IMEKO TC8-TC11-TC24 Joint Conference will be held at Metro Manila, Philippines on 26-29 August 2026 with the theme "Leveraging Innovation for Future-Ready Measurements for Industry, Health and Environment."
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The IMEKO TC8-TC11-TC24 Joint Conference can only accommodate 250 participants. As such, registration is on a first come-first serve basis.
2. Registration is to be accomplished individually. Group registration is not allowed.
3. On-site registration will be dependent on the status of registration.
4. Registration is done after accomplishment of this online form. Once registration is received, Pro-forma Invoice is provided to the participant through email correspondence. After participant receives the Pro-forma Invoice, payment shall be processed. Registration is only confirmed once proof of payment is presented to the Organizing Committee through email correspondence.
5. Payment will be done via Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer for local participants. For foreign participant use Wire Transfer. Registration fee is non-refundable, but transferrable.

Author /Participant: 550 € (Late: 610 €)
Author (if Student): 430 € (Late: 490 €)
Student (not presenting): 150 € (Late: 170 €)
Accompanying person: 250 € (Late: 300 €)
For local participants (Filipino nationals):
Author / Participant: 131 € (PhP 9,000.00); Late: 146 € (PhP 10,000.00)
Author (if Student): 81 € (PhP 5,500.00); Late: 96 € (PhP 6,500.00)
Student (not presenting): 66 € (PhP 4,500.00); Late: 74 € (PhP 5,000.00)
Modes of Payment:
For individual registrants, the preferred mode of payment is Bank Transfer. Bank fees will be paid by the registrant.
Note: For bank deposit and bank transfer please include the names of the participants in the deposit slip or in the remarks.
Bank charges will be paid by the registrant.
All bank charges, bank transfer fees, and other applicable remittance costs shall be borne solely by the participant. Please note that these charges are not included in the Service Invoice to be issued by the Organizer.
Notice: Due to the high volume of registrants, we encourage you to take a screenshot of every page of the registration. In case you encounter a server error. You can email us the screenshots together with the required attachments and we will accomplish the registration for you.
6. After successful registration and payment, participant is issued a Sales Invoice / Official Receipt.
7. For paper presenters, payment does not guarantee acceptance of the full paper submitted.

By attending this event, the participant shall enter areas where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, the participant consents to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the Organizing Committee and its affiliates and representatives.
The participant releases the Organizing Committee, its officers, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings.
If the participant does not wish to be photographed or recorded, he/she informs a member of the event staff and avoid areas where filming is taking place.
