Registration Fee includes:
- Access to Conference Sessions;
- Conference Kit;
- Ticket to Welcome Reception (26 August 2026);
- Ticket to Fellowship and Networking Night (27 August 2026);
- Coffee and Snack Breaks; and
- Daily Lunches Tickets.
Author registration fee allows the presentation of maximum of two (2) papers.
Extra papers will have an additional cost of € 50,00 (~₱ 3,485.00) per paper.
In order to include researcher's contribution in the final program (oral/poster presentation), the registration of the presenting author must be completed on or before 15 June 2026.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to remove any contribution from the program if no registration has been received on or before 15 June 2026.
REFUND POLICY
Conference registration will not be refunded if it is required to cover the publication expenses of an accepted paper.
The deadline for refunds is 31 July 2026.
